preliminary order for Asphaltic Concrete, as the kind of pavement with which

A. Y. as the time when said Board shall either pass on petitions,for changing
the kind of pavement, let said contract, or reject all bids. The Keith Riley
Construction Co., being the lowest bidder on the above named improvement is
hereby, given a preliminary order for the Improvement at their low bid of

In the above matter no reronstrators appeared and no written remonsteance
was filed anal the Board finds that the benefits to property liable to be assessed
,for said Improvement are equal to the estimated cost of same, as reported by hhe
City Engineer, and therefore, declares said resolution, adopted April I3th.10 I926,
in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
Board, hereby, sets Tuesday, IV"ay I8th., I926, at I0 A. Y., as the day
on which said Board will receive sealed proposals for the Improvement of ?°'illiam
Street and orders that notices of same be published according to law.
Engineer filed report on the rexronstrances against the pavement of Broadway from
High to "iami Street, sholning that a majority of property owners are opposed to the
Improvement and therefore, the Board recinds all former ^ction on said resolution
and declares same null and void.
Hearing had on. Condemnation Resolution No.I643 for the Condemnation
of property for the construction of the South Fast Trunk Sewer. In the above
matter no remonstrators appeared and nor written remonstrance was filed and the
Board, therefore, declares said resolution ratified$ confirmed and approved and
the proceedings closed. ,

Leeper avenue to Tecumseh Avenue under Improvement Resolution N0.I6I2, awarding
said contract to the Reith Riley Construction Co., at their bid of I2,6I9.45
