and said resolutions are hereby in all things ratified; confirmed and approved.

as May 4, 1926 at 10`.00 A.M. Notices thereof were ordered published on the 19th
day of April and on the 26th day of April, 1926,
Hearing had on modification of°contract between-t4e,City of South

strances were filed. The Board therefore declares said resolution, filed arch

In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-

fore declares said resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.

Hearing had on Assessment Roll for Pipe Sewer on Sunnymede Avenue
under Improvement Resolution ;a1580. Same continued until April 28, 1926.

lowing resolutions;
Improvement Resolution #1637, for widening and paving of Miami
Street from North line of Indiana Avenue to South line of Bowman Street,
Improvement Resolution Tjtl640,, for grade, curb and walk on 24th
Street from Mirth line of Jefferson Boulevard to forth line of lashington Ave-
nue. improvement Resolution §1641, for grade, curb and walk on Washing-
ton Avenue from 22nd Street of 24th Street.
Board hereby orders that notices of said resolutions be published
on the 23rd day of April and can the 30th day of April, 1926. Board at its office
in the City Hall at 7:15 2.17,11. on May 12, 1926, will hear and receive all persons
interested in or affected by said proceedings.
