Change the 1000 Jumin__light at Irvington Ave. and Carroll 6t. to a 4000 lumin Light. Move the 1000 lumin light at Irvington Ave and St. Joseph St. to Eckman St. and St. oseph St. Move the 4000 lumin light at Eckman and Carroll Streets to Eckman and Fellows Streets.. Install 4000 lumin light at Oakside and Carroll Streets and a 4000 i lumin light at Woodzide and St. Joseph Streeets. Same ordered.
