Tuesday, March 30, 1926 Board met in regular session at 9 A.M. All members present. Minutes of meetings held March 23rd and 34arch 24th read and approved. Board approved the following excavation bonds; Raplh Sollitt & Son, Arthur Deppert and George Ill. Bachman- and the follwoing renewals; L. H. Webster and O.K.Plumbing Co. This being the date set for bids"on waiver job fro grade, curb and walk on Twenty-second Street from north line of Jefferson Blvd. to south line of Lots 65 & 66 in Jefferson Heights Addition under Improvement Resolution # 163-. E. #raves, Assistant Engineer, signed partial estimate 48 for trunk sewer improvement on Rex, Cushing and Van Buren Sts. ! Board approved the same in the amount of $1,875.92. ! Ass't. Engineer, 14m. E. Graves, filed plans and specifications and the • Board adopted the following resolutions. Improvement Resolution § 1634 for grade, curb and walk on west side of Olive Street, Wabash Street and Meade Street from Calvert Street to Ewing Ave; and Ewing Avenue, Deleware Street and south 18ft. of Calvert Street from Olive St. to Me Street. 80 Tuesday, March 30, 1926 (continued) Improvement Resolution 7,£1633 for pavement on Meade Street from southerly line of N.Y. Central R.K. to Sample Street, Board hereby orders that notices of the above named resolutions be sent to property,owners and that publication be made 6n the 2nd day of Apirl and the 9th day.of April 1926 in the South Bend Tribune and the News Times. Board adopted resolution for the modification of certain provisions of contract between South Bend Motor Bus Company and the City of South Bend, ndiana which contract was confirmed and ratified by Ordinance #2137�bf't&*4 City, spproved January 12, 1921. Board hereby orders that publication of said resolution be made on 4pril 3, 1926, in the South Bend Tribune and the News Times and that notices be posted according to law.
