All members present. Hearing had on Vacation of Pulaski Street from Calvert Street to Prairie Avenue, also Jackson Street from Calvert To Prairie Avenue.under Vacation Resolution r 109. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and'no written remonstrance was filed and the Board, therefore, decid.eW to sustain all former action and declare the above described property in all things vacated and this resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. The Board now orders that a list ar roll be prepared of all owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought of be taken or to be injuriously or beneficially affected. Hearing had on Set Back lines on Division Street under Condem- nation Resolution r 97. In the above matter no remonstrances were filed and no remon- strators appeared and the Board, being fully advised in the matter, sustains � all former action on said resolution and declares the above named resolution �i in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. i Engineer filed plans and specifications and the Board adopted thefollwwing..Improvement Resolutions. Bachman; and the follwoing renewals; L. H. Webster and O.K.Plumbing Co. This being the date set for bids,on waiver job fro grade, curb and walk on Twenty-second Street from north line of Jefferson Blvd. to south line of Lots 65 & 66 in Jefferson Heights Addition under.Improvement Resolution J 16ZIL. The follwoing bids were received, opened and read and given to the City Engineer for tabulation: Alex Bukowski Cement walk cement curb Grade .15 per square foot .36 -" lineal IT .50 per cubic yard Indiana construction Company Cement walk .14 per square foot Cement curb .34 per lineal foot Grade .55 per cubic yard J. Upon the recommendation of Lb?. 111m. F. Qualls, the Board approved the petition for a 4000 lumen light at the corner of Colfax Ave. and Walsh St. at a cost of $45 per year. Same ordered. In the absence of tr. Wray, ism. E. #raves, Assistant Engineer, signed partial estimate 48 for trunk sewer improvement on Rex, Cushing and Van Buren "its, Board approved the same in the amount of $1,879.92. Ass't. Engineer, Wm. E. Graves, filed plans and specifications and the Board adopted the following resolutions. Improvement Resolution # 1634 for grade, curb and walk on west side of Olive Street, lWabash Street and Meade Street from Calvert Street to Ewing Ave; and Ewing Avenue, Deleware Street and south l8ft. of Calvert Street from Olive St..to Lie Street
