Board met in regular session. All members present.
Continued hearing had on assessment roll for opening of streets and
alleys in Qhas. Weidler's Pid Addition and Studebaker Park Addition under Improve-
ment Resolution J95.
In the above matter the Board finds that the property assessed in said!
rollfiled January 2, 1926, is benefited in the amounts -as shown on"said roll4
i and h& Board therefore declares said roll in all things ratified, confirmed and
approved and the proceedings closed.
City Engineer filed the following reports which were approved by the
Board.
Petition for sewer on Brookfield St. be denied until completion of
Northwest Trunk Sewer.
Petition for serer on Altgeld St. be denied until completion of
Southeast Trunk Sewer.
Tweeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
