Board met in regular session.<:,All members present
Minutes of meetings held Iva.rch 2nd and 3rd read and approved.
Upon the recommendation of 19r. H.G.Wray, 'ity Engineer, the Board
approved the appointment of R.L.Pike as Sewer Engineer at a salary of 3000 per
year.
C. L. Millhouse filed a written acceptance of his modified assessment
on the Sunnyside Trunk Sewer Assessment Roll.
II City Engineer filed partial estimate for Improvement of North Shore
Drive from.Parkovask Place to Angella Avenue. Same approved and allowed to High-
ways Improvement Company to the amount of $2550.00.
City Engineer filed partial estimate 41 for grade, curb and walk im-
provement on Angella Avenue from Lafayette Street to M.C.R.R. Same approved and
allowed to City and Highways Improvement Company in the amount of $981.75,

Mr. Kizer from Gafill Service Station appeared before the board with
a request for permission to ude the building adjoining the Gafill Service Station
on Lafayette and Washington, on Lafayette, for an enclosed service station. Peti-
tion referrdd to Mr. Moomaw for investigation.
The members of the Mishawaka Board of Yorks, Mishawaka Engineer and
City Attorney were present in the interest og plans for the bridge at Ernsperger
Atreet which the county proposes building. Several suggestions were given by the
Mishawaka Board and plans will be made by 11r. Wray relative to the north approach
to the bridge.
Engineer filed plans and specifications and the Board adopted follow-
ing Resolutions:

Board met in regular session. All members present.
Continued hearing had on assessment roll for opening of streets and
alleys in Chas. NJeidlerls td Addition and Studebaker Park Addition under Improve-
ment Resolution #95.
In the above matter the Board finds that the property assessed in said:
roll, filed January 2, 1926, is benefited in the amounts -as shown on `said roll4l
and thg Board therefore declares said roll in all things ratified, confirmed and
approved and the proceedings closed.
City Engineer filed the following reports which were approved by the
Board.
Petition for sewer on Brookfield St. be denied until completion of
Northwest Trunk Sewer.
Petition for serer on Altgeld St. be denied until completion of
Southeast Trunk Sewer.
Meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
