Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.S.Q. W. R. Hinkle absent. This being the date set for continued hearin on assessment roll for Supg Trunk Sewer, under Improvement Resolution 1 1399. In the above matter, W. G. Grabill, attorney for the Grand Trunk Western Railway'Co., filed a written remonstrance against said assessment, John I. Shafer and C. L. Millhouse also remonstrated against said assessments. Int the matter of these two property owners, Board_ finds that same must be credited with amounts previously assessed in connection with the Jefferson Street sewer. Thereupon, the Board modifies said roll, reducing the ohn Shafer assessment $ 42 58 and the C. L. Millhouse assessment $148.63, as Roimi on report from City Engineer. owever, 24r. Shafer and Mr. Millhouse filed a written remon- strance against modified assessments. i Board finds that the ,property so assessed in said rolls, filed January 2' 11 269 1926, is benefited in the amounts as shown on said modified rolls and, therefore4, Board declares said modified rolls in all things ratifies, confirmed and approved 4nd the proceedings closed. Hearing on Assessment Roll for grade, curb and walk on Angella Ave., west of Iroquois St. to St. oseph River, Marquette Ave. from Parkovash Ave. to Angella Ave. and Ostemo Ave. from east line of Lot 81 North Shore Terrace Addition to Marquette Ave. under Improvement Resolution #1466. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strances were filed, and the Board finds that the property assessed in said roll, filed February 2, 1926, is benefited in the amounts as shown on said rolls and the Board therefore declares said roll in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Continued hearing on Assessment Roll for Pipe Sewer on King St. from Portage Ave. to a point 100 feet west of Anderson Ave. under Improvement Resolution i #1575. In the above matter no remonstators appeared and no written remonstrant was filed and the Board therefore declares said rgll, filed January 12, 1926, in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed. f Hearing on Assessment Roll for opening of certain streets and alleys j in Charles Weidlers 2nd Addition and Studebaker Park Addition under Condemnation Resolution #95, In the above matter, John Yeagley, attorney for Martha Iwan anal Jul- ' iance C. Iwan, filed written remonstrances against the assessments of damages in said roll. After hearing all persons concerned$'_Board continued hearing of said roll until March 10, 1926 At 7:15 P.M. �.
