Hearing had on Assessment Roll for Sunnyside Trunk Sewer under Im- provement Resolution 1399 In -:the above smatter Henry Hillhouse and John ShaFer,r.,property owners appeared anal remonstrated against their assessments for said improvements, "0 G. Crabill, attorney for the Grand Trunk ;railroad Company also appeared and remonstrated against assessment. After hearin- all persons interested -and hearing all evidence subrmity- ted, hearing was continued until I,'iarch 3, 19216. City Engineer filed the followipg reports which were approved by the; Board; Petition for opening of an alley between`tic_2igan `St. and first alley West of 1ichioan St. north of ITew York -:!Central right-of-way, denied at this time as their is no need of such opening. Clerk instructed to advise one or .:lore proy)erty o--mers in this matt so they will imoe of the disposition of their petition.
