Board met in regular session, 7:15 P.I;-L. w ll remembers Present.
Hearing had on Assessment Roll for Sunnyside Trunk Sewer under Im-
provement Resolution 1399
In -:the above smatter Henry Hillhouse and John ShaFer,r.,property owners
appeared anal remonstrated against their assessments for said improvements,
"0 G. Crabill, attorney for the Grand Trunk ;railroad Company also
appeared and remonstrated against assessment.
After hearin- all persons interested -and hearing all evidence subrmity-
ted, hearing was continued until I,'iarch 3, 19216.
City Engineer filed the followipg reports which were approved by the;
Board;
Petition for opening of an alley between`tic_2igan `St. and first alley
West of 1ichioan St. north of ITew York -:!Central right-of-way, denied at this
time as their is no need of such opening.
Clerk instructed to advise one or .:lore proy)erty o--mers in this matt
so they will imoe of the disposition of their petition.
Petition from St. Joseph Hospital for Lights op__�osite the automo-
bile entrance on =i. Notre Dame Ave. between I.adison 9 Cedar Sts. and also a
Light opposite the general entrance on F. I,Ladison St. bet-aeen St. Peter and
Notre Iaime fe. , granted. ordered.

said improvement in Belleville First Unit.

Departl,ment, same to be effective '"onday, February 92 1926. Clerii instructed -
to advise him of t' e action Of the Board.
