In the above --_natter 11r. Perkins, representing I:aria Perkins, �
appeared before the Board and contested the Benefits awarded. Thereupon the
Board advised him that the portion of the bank 'Darn which.projects out from the
property line onto the side,,,,,alk need not be removed at this time, excepting the
portion that actually does project onto the side�rralk area; the balance of the
encroahhment, which �,iiould be on the two -foot strip back of the side`aalk lire
i� need not be removed for the present.
With this temporary privilege, 1,2r. Perkins withdrew his rerzon- i
strance and the Board therefore declares the above roll, filed January 2, I926,

in all thinSs ratified, confirmed and- approved and the proceedings closed. !;I

Upon the recommendation of City Attorney, I. S. Romig,- the Board
by- unnanimous vote, 1.e reby, orders that during the year 1926 and. until further notice
City Engineer, H. C-. Wray, shall be paid $125.00 per month payable out of Track
he in addition to his regular salary as City
Elevation Fund, which amount shall

by unanimous vote, hereby, orders that during the year 1926 and until further notic
,is rlazel A. Turner, Clerk of the Hoard of Public Works, shall be paid $25.00 per
month payable out of the Track Elevation Fund, which amount shall be in addition to
her repul.ar salary as Clerk of the Board of Public `forks? as authorized by laws and
in accordance with the authority of the Track Elevation hcts of 1923 cg11ing for
necessary clerk in connection with Track Elevation work.
