Seebert appeared before the Board with a petition for the approval of a replat of lots 4 to 31 in �ueesboro Addition. After hearing Yr. Seebert, the Board ajproved same erith the following dedication. The annexed plat is a replat of Lots Hibinbered. from Four (4) to Thirty-one (31) inclusive in - eens- boro Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, and comprises said � ots _-cambered from 4 to 31 in said- - eensboro Addition_ to said City. The sizes of the lots and the .=;idths of the streets and alleys are marked on the plat in feet and: decimals of feet. City Clerk petitioned the Board for per.iission to purchase a new C.
