Cole, Civil Engineer; presented, a plat ofel1e- ville to the Board and same was approved with following Dedication BELLEVILLE The annexed plat is a plat of Belleville First to the Cit7T of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and comprises the following described tract of -land, to -wit: Beginning at a point 668 feet west of the south east corner of Section 9, Twp.37 Iuorth, Range 2 East, thence north 660.98 feet, thence east 166 feet,thenee north 660 feet, thence :rest 332feet,thence north 1323 feet to the east and Crest center line of said section 9,thence west 498 feet,thence south 2644.55 feet to the south line of said section 9,thence east 664 feet to the place of beginning. The plat contains 193 lots, numbered from 1 to 193, inclusive. The size of the logs and the widths of the streets and alleys are mar_%e_don the plat in feet and decimals of feet. Engineer filed roll of awards of damages and assets of benefits for Vacation of a part of Brook Street under Vacation Resolution i-108.
