Board met in special session at 9:00 A.I. All members present,
Wm. Henry Cmty Electrician authorized to purchase new motor of
Koontz Brothers at.,,,150.00 less whatever salvage can bex received from the old
motor�an�L he is further instructed to see that necessary wiring is installed,
Renewal certificate of United Stated Fidelity & Guarantee Company
for 1,000-.00 with Thomas J. McGrath approved,
Renewal certificate of Fildeity & Casualty Company of New York with
Claud Holden approved.
Extensions granted to E. T. Tranberg on contracts with the City to
June 1,1925,

Hearing had on roll of vacation of a part of alleys in Augustine's
jAddition under Vacation Resolution No. 86 adopted h?arch 18th., 1925,
In the above matter no remonstratora appeared and no written remon-
jstrance was filed.The Board therefore declare the above roll filed December 8th.
11925 in all things ratified, confirmed and approved and the proceedings closed.

Board met in regular session at 7:15 P. M. A 11 members present,
Hearing had on resolution for the pavement on Angella Avenue from
Beeper Avenue to the east right of way line of the Southern Michigan Railroad
under Improvement Resolution No. 1603.
No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed
After hearing all interested parties present, board decides that the benefits to
property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost
of the same, and thenBoard therefgre now confirms the said resolution. Date for
receiving, opening and considering sealed proposals,±±xmtxxx not set by Board.
Hearing had on pavement on Lafayette Street from North line of
Angella Avnue east of Lafayette Street to south line of Angella Avenue, -(west of
Lafayette Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1602.)
No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed
After hearing all interested parties present, Board decides that the benefits to
property liable to be assessed for laid improvement are equal to the estimated cost
of .the same, and the Board therefore now confirms the said resolution. Date for
receiving, opening and considering sealed proposals not set by the Board.
Hearing had on pavement on Ingella Avenue from Lafayette Street to
he east right of way line of the Southern Michigan RRailroad# Under Improvement

No remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed., j
