Petition filed by Councilman Gall for light at corner of East Victoria Street and South Street. Referred to Lispeetor for report. file. Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M. All members present. Deferred hearing had on XzxzkLtxx roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits for the Vacation of alley between lot 66 Hendrick's & Grant's' Addition and lot in Kent's & Garrison's Sub, of lot 1 Hendricks & Grant's Addition ;j from Marion Street to North line of said lots 10 and 66 under Vacation Resolution No. 105, Upon said hearing Attorney Omaeht and Atty. Hu enard appeared and requested continuance of said proebedings until Wednesday January 6th.1925. at 7:15 P.M. Same continued to this date. Hearing had on assessm roll and f inal. e'stimate for sewer on Beyer Avenue from Mishawaka Avenue to Northwesterly line of lot 43 in Replat of Beyer' q 2nd. zAIdition under Improvement Resolution No. 159Z. In the above matter Attorney W. G. Crabill appeared representing Grand Trunk Western Railway Company and remonstrated against amount of assessment OE their right of way, After hearing all interested parties, hearing continued.uAtil Wednesday December 30th., 1925 at 7:15 P.M.
