Trunk sewer contract appeared before the Board and requested permission for an
extension of time in which to complete the sewer to May lst., 1926. Same granted.

Contract with A. Spadoni for sewer on Grace Street from alley west
o Webster Street to a point 275 feet east of center line of Arnold Street under
Improvement Resolution No. 1592 adopted October 7th., 1925 signed by the Board and
contractors bondin the sum of $1,463.00 with Standard Accident Insurance Company
approved. Bond and contract ord;red filed.
Communication received from Edwin E. Moore in re Contractor Dams
hauling rubbish from Lincoln Manor grade, curb and walk contract to his lots. Same

.We, Fred W. Keller, P. E. Bondurant and Frank J. Anderson do
hereby swear that we will honestly, fairly and impartially appraise the following
described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana,
to -wit: -
Beginning at a point where the west line of Kentucky Street
produced south intersects the south line of Division Street;
thence west six hundred four (604) feet to the point where the
east line of Lake Street produced south intersects the south
line of Division Street, thence south to a point thirty (30)
