Minutes of meeting of December 9th., 1925 read and approved.

Engineer signed assessment roll and final estimate under Improve -
Pipe sewer on Beyer Avenue from Mishawaka Avenue to Northwesterly
line of the Lot 43 in Replat of Beyer's 2nd. Addition, under Improvement Resolution
No* 1593.
Grade, curb and walk on Madison Street from W. line of North
Sunnyside Addition to Northeast corner of lot 17 North Sunnyside Addition under
improvement Resolution No. 1581.
Assessment rolls adopted and final estimate allowed. Notice of
adoption of the assessments rolls -and of hearing upon the same on the 23rd. day of
December 1925 at 7:15 P.M. ordered published as provided by law. -
Engineer filed roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefi
for the Vacation of -streets and alleys in Beyer's 2nd. Addition under Vacation Resolu-
tion No. 103.
The Board ordered that notices of such awards of damages.and asses
of benefits be served according to law, and that a hearing he had on the 30th.- day of
December 1925 at 7:15 P.M. for the purpose of hearing or receiving objections of any
persons interested in 'said matter.
