damages for the Vacation of part of alleys in Augustinets Addition under Vacation
Resolution_ No. 86.
Notice ordered sent out on such awards of damages and assessments od
benefits to be served according to law, and that a hearing he had on the 16th. day of
December 1925 at 7:15 P.I.T. for the purpose of hearing or receiving objections of any
person interested in said matter.

as follows:-

Avenue Addition at a point twenty (20.01) feet northerly, at right angles to the norther-
