Board ordered Contractor to finish' up work:as soon as possible past Portage Avenue or where he is now working therefore request not granted. Contract for sewer on Grace Street from Arnold Street to alley west of 7ebster Street awarded to A. Spadoni at......52,927.45 The following waiver approved by the Board. WAIVER. List enbergerIs Addition to. the City of South Bend, Indiana, and has been divided since said assessments were levied, and that said assessment has been readjusted by said Board of .Public y-lorks, and that part of Lot One (1) owned by your Petitioner is reassessed virith_its severl proportions of said assessments now unpaid. 1Towa, therefore, in consideration of the benefits to said lots conferred by said re -assessment of said unpaid installments of improvement assessments, including all interest, penalties and costs due thereon, and the granting of the privilege of paying the improvement reassessment on the part of Lot One (1) now owned by your Petitioner in the number of installments required for the remainder of the ten year period granted under sunk original improvement assessment onnthe real eatate described in the Petition of Standard Oil Company, noworder cf that section of lot One (1) M.
