The Sixty is along the drive that leads to residences facing the pa2k on the east. I believe theee lights are essential. If at any time the lark should open a skating pond or other winter amuse ment such li,-rhts as might be necessary could be turned on. I am inediating by arrows -in above sketch, the lights I have recommended to be left brmning.
