In the above matte= no remonstrators appeared and no smitten remon-
strances were filee. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in t'_e rolls
j filed November loth., 1925 are benefitted in the amounts as shown on said rolls, and
the Board further find, that the assessment rolls filed November loth., 1925 and the
final estimates allo=red ioversber 10th., 1925 should be and the same are hereby in all
things ratified, confirmed and approved.
Engineer filed the followinf., assessment rolls and final estimates.

Assessment roll adopted an final estimate alloyed. Notice of adoption of the assess-
ments rolls and of hearing upon the same on the 9th. day, of December 1925 ordered
published as provided by law.
Bids were submitted for -ade, curb and alk on East side of Eddy
Street from Grand Trunk `i. R. R. to Bronson Street.

This Board, at its office in the,City Hall on the 16th. day of December
1925 at 7:15 P.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in
or affected by these proceedings.

ouis Blvd. and Street Peter Street from Vlashington Avenue to Jefferson Blvd. delayed and
object to further delay because of westher conditions, City Street bepartment to use
inders to providel approaches at streets and garages where and if teeessary and
ontractor E. T. Tranberg agrees to remove cinders at his own expense when work is
ommenced.

Recormnend that all the lights in Howard Park be disconxtinued for the
inter months with the exception of lights ;1043, 1044,1417, 1064,1066. The first three
ihts are along the walk-through the park used by pedestrians the year through. the
