Sewer on Carroll Street from Dubail Avenu to a. point 20 ft. south of the south line of the alley south of Lubail Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1533. Sewer on Swygart Avenue from Indiana Avenue to J. & I. Ry. Co« j under Improvement Resolution No. 1537. In the above matte= no remonstrators appeared and no smitten remon- strances were filee. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in t'_e rolls j filed November loth., 1925 are benefitted in the amounts as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find, that the assessment rolls filed November loth., 1925 and the final estimates allo=red ioversber 10th., 1925 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
