Board met in. special session at 9:00 A.M. All members present.

Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.M,. All members present.
Hearings had on the following assessment rolls and final estimates
Grade, curb and ,•alk on Fremont Street from Elwood Avenue to Bulla
Street under Improvement Resolution iio. 1493.

improvement Resolution No. 1572.

J. I. & I. Ry. Co. under Improvement Resolution No. 1523.
Sewer on Carroll Street from Dubail Avenue to a point 20 ft. south 9f
the south line of the alley south of Dubail Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. j
1533.
Sewer on Sv,Z.rgart Avenue from Indiana Avenue to N. J.`I. & I. Ry. Coo
under Improvement Resolution No. 1537.
In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no irritten remon-
strances were filee. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in tl�e rolls.
filed November loth., 1925 are benefitted in the amounts as shown on said rolls, and
the Board further find, that the assessment rolls filed November lOth., 1925 and the i
final estimates allowed November 10th., 1925 should be and the same are hereby in all
things ratified, confirmed and approved. Ij

Assessment roll adopted an final estimate allowed. Notice of adoption of the assess-
ments rolls and of hearing upon the same on the 9th. day, of December 1925 ordered J
published as provided by law.
Bids were submitted for glade, curb and ti.alk on East side of Eddy
Street from Grand Trunk 6V1. R. R. to Bronson Street.
Bids submitted by E. T. Tranberg, H. L. Davis & Sons,Indiana Constr.

Awarding of contract deferred until Tuesday November 24th., 1925 at 10:00 A.1J.
Partial estimate allowed Indiana Constr. Co. for grading and walk
on Hamilton Avenue from Portage Avenue to Olive Street at ...... 6431.46
Resolution ordered as follows:
