Notice of adoption of the assessment rolls and of hearing upon the same on the 18th. day of November 1925at 7:15 P.1d. ordered published as provided by law. Claims amounting to Y3,219.90 apyoroved. Hearing had on Vacation Resolution for the vacation of alley south of Sample Street from Franklin Street to the alley west of Franklin Street, also the alley west of Franklin Street from Sample Street to a point 290.5 feet south of south line of Sample Street under Vacation Resolution No. 106. In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore after hearing all interested parties present, sustain all former action taken o* and declare the above described property in all things vacated and this resolution in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected. i Hearing given on roll of aaards of damages and assessments of benefits for the opening of College Street from Hamilton Street to Bergan Street, Brookfield Street from Hamilton Avenue to south lire of Bergan Street, Brookfield Street from N. line of Bergan Street to south line of 7ilson Avenue, Johnson Street from Hamilton Street to Wilson Avenue, as provided in Tondemnation Resolution No. 86. John Yeagley appeared representin Julianne [wan and remonstrated against amount of assessment on property fronting T:iami Street. he Board after hearing all interested parties present modified said roll by changing ssessment against Julianne C. Iwan to 534.29 and assessing the City of South Bena he sum of ,,166.15 for street intersections. The Board therefore find that the property ssessed in said roll filed November 4th., 1925 is benefitted in the amounts as shown on aid roll as modified, and the Board further find, that the assessment roll filed Nov.
