of the assessment rolls and of hearing upon the same on the 18th. day of November

Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.T1. All members present.
Hearing had on Vacation Resolution for the vacation of alley south of
Sample Street from Franklin Street to the alley west of Franklin Street, also the
alley west of Franklin Street from Sample Street to a point 290.5 feet south of south
line of Sample Street under Vacation Resolution No. 106.
In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance
was filed. The Board therefore after hearing all interested parties present, sustain
all former action taken o* and declare the above described property in all things
vacated and this resolution in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners
or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be
injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially
affected.

Hearing given on roll of aaards of damages and assessments of benefits
for the opening of College Street from Hamilton Street to Bergan Street, Brookfield
Street from Hamilton Avenue to south lire of Bergan Street, Brookfield Street from N.
line of Bergan Street to south line of 7ilson Avenue, Johnson Street from Hamilton
Street to Wilson Avenue, as provided in Tondemnation Resolution No. 86.
In the above matter remonstrators appeared and written _remonstrances

j' The Board after hearing all interested parties present and all evidence offered,
over -rule remonstrances and now find that the property mentioned in said rolls, are
i benefitted and damaged reppectively as shoarn in said roll herein below described, and
said roll is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, and all action and

In the above matter no remonstrators appeared nd no.written remon-
strance war filed. The Board after hearing all parties interested, find that the
property mentioned in said roll,' are-benefitted and damaged respectively asshown on
said roll filed September 23rd.3, 1925 and said roll is hereby in all things ratified,
confirmed and approvea, F.-c7 all action under, -Condemnation Resolution No. 48 is hereby

In the above matter remonstratord appeared and a written remonstrance
was filed by Leonard and Helen Hadsell against amount assessed for benefits. The Board
after hearing all parties interested and hearing all evi-Eence submitted, over-rulled said
remonstrances, therefore declare the above foil filed September 20th., 1925 is hereby

Indiana: That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said City
Beginning at the intersection of the north dine of Isishawaka, Avenue
and the east line of Harriett Street produced Borth, thence north to the intersection
of the east line of Harriett Street and the north right of gray line of the Grand Trunk
%lestern Railroad, thence west eighty (80t) feet to the intersection of the west line of
Harriett Street with the north right of way line of Grand Trunk Viestern Railroad, -0-hene
