Tuesday November 10th., 1925. Board met in regular session at 9:00 A.M. All members present. Bids were received opened and read on tJm Elwood Avenue from Olive St. to I:-1eade Street. Bids submitted by E. T. Tranberg, H. L. Davis and Sons, rreading as follows:to-wit(insert see files for original bids.) Referred to the City Engineer for tabulation to be reported on 'V!ednesday November llth., 1925 at 7:15 P.I. Bid of .hitcomb & Keller for asphalt pavement on Esther Street received, rejected and bids ordered received Tuesday November 17th., at 10:00 A.1-1. Petitions filed as follows:- • Cement pavement on Roberts Street from h`ishawaka Avenue to Ruskin ;Street. Read and placed on file. Estblishing a grade on alley west of Cleveland Avenue and Bena Court from Lincoln Fay `i7est to Bena Court and from Cleveland Avenue to aforementioned alley. Resolution ordered. Street Oommissioner submitted list of names with amou-nts assessed for th the cutting of weeds on various lots in the City. Said list approved by the Board and referred to the City Treasurer for collection according to law. { Insert see files for copy of assessment roll.) Contractors bond for the sun_mof �1,000.00 signed by Grand IurcCready approved. Communication received from Mayor E. F. Seebirt in regard to preparing annual report for 1925 as soon as possible. R. under impro vement Resolution No. 1537.. 4 ,dater connections on Brookfield Street from Division Street to N. J. I. &'; I. R. R, under Improvement Resolution No. 1523. Sheet asphalt pavement on Ostemo Street from Lafayette Street to Iroquois Street under Improvement Resolution No. 1534. sewer on v'Tayne Street from Harriett Street to 18th. Street under Improve- . I Resolution No. 1572,. Assessment rolls adopted and final estimates allowed. Notice of adoption of the assessment rolls and of hearing upon the same on the 18th. day of November 1925at 7:15 P.1.1. ordered published as provided by law. Claim; amounting to Y3,219.90 approved. Attest:- Clerk of the Board. Wednesday November llth. , 1925. Board met in regular session at.7:15 P.T:11. All members present. Hearing had on Vacation Resolution for the vacation of alley south of Sample Street from Franklin Street to the alley west of Franklin Street, also the alley west of Franklih Street from Sample Street to a point 290.5 feet south of south line of Sample Street under Vacation Resolution No. 106. In the above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance was filed. The Board therefore after hearing all interested parties present, sustain all former action taken a* and declare the above described property in all things vacated and this resolution in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all olners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected. Hearing given on roll of a:rards of damages and assessments of benefits for the opening of College Street from Hamilton Street to Bergan Street, Brookfield Street from Hamilton Avenue to south line of Bergan Street, Brookfield Street from N. line of Bergan Street to south line of :Nilson Avenue, Johnson Street from Hamilton Street to Wilson Avenue, as provided in Tonaemnation Resolution No. 86. In the above matter remonstrators appeared and written remonstrances were filed by John F. & T,�rrtle Rennoe, Leonard Helen Hadsell,Rloy E. & Elaine A. Batty, and Hubert Z. & Bertha I. Archambeault against amounts of damages and benefits. The Board after hearing all interested parties present and all evidence offered, over -rule remonstrances and now find that the property maationed in said rolls, are benefitted and damaged reppectively as shown in said roll herein below described, and said roll is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved, and all action and Condemnation Resolution No. 96 is hereby concluded.
