Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.11. All members present. Hearing had on resolution for the vacation of Angle Street from the !west line of Rush Street to the south line of Sample Street under Vacation Resolution No.104. Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared and a written remonstrance ;was filed. The Board after hearing all parties presented interested in said vacation !therefore decides to sustain all former action taken on and declare the above described ;property in all things vacated and this resolution in all things ratified, confirmed land approved. And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners for holders of property and of valuable interestes therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property benefically !.affected. Hearing on vacation resolution for the vacation of the alley between Lots 66 in Henrick's and Grant's Addition and lot 10 in Kent's Sub. Div. of lot 1 Henrick's and Grant's Addition from Marion Street to north line of said lot 10 tnd 66 under Vacation Resolution No. 105. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strance was filed. The Board therefore sustain all former action taken on and declare the above described property in all things vacated and this resolution in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. A And the Board now orders that a list or roll be prepared of all jowners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken ,for to be injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property j!beneifically affected. Hearing had.on roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits or the Vacation of alley between lot 6 and a Burrough's Sub. of lots 56 and 57 Henriek nd Grant's Addition from Marion Street to Navarre Street, under Vacation Resolution o. 99. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- trance was filed. The benefits and damages being equal. The Board therefore declare he above roll filed September 30th., 1925 is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed nd gpprovedt and the proceedings closed. Grades on Esther Street from south line of Jefferson Street to VT. line of 11 Wayne Street and Sunnymede Avenue from Sunnymede Avenue to Bronson Street. approved. Engineer signed the following assessment rolls. Sewer on Poland Street from THeade Street to Kaley Street, under ImprovemEn t Resolution No. 1536. Grade,- curb and walk on Hsrriett Street from Jefferson Blvd. to Sunnymede Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 1480. Grade, curb andwalk on Angella Avenue from alley west of Iroquois Street to St. Joseph River Marquette Avenue from Zarkovash Avenue to Angella Avenue and Ostemo i Street from E.'line of Lot 81 North Shore Terrece Addition to Marquette Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1466. Grade, clarb and walk on 17ebster Street from Indiana Avenue to alley north of Indiana Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1472 Sheet asphalt pavement on Lafayette Street from north line of 111akewa, Ave to south line of Parkovash Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 1531. i Assessment rolls adopted and final estimate allowed. p Notice of adoption of the assessment roll and of hearing upon the same on the llth. day of November 1925 at 7:15 P.M. ordered published as provided by law.
