Board met in regular session at.9:00 A.P,x. All members present.
City Controller is hereby requested to release the sum of
One hundred Dollars ($100.00) held up on Wm. H. Burke Contractor for water connections
on Lincoln 'Alay East under date of January 28th., 1925.
Engineering office instructed to survey alley where D. J. Kelly
complained of cables being in =.=:ay of traffic and made report to Board.
The following bonds and contract approved.
Contract with S. U. Ackerman for sewer on Sunnymede Avenue from
Harriett Street to 18th, Street as provided in improvement Resolution No. 1580 adopted
September 16th., 1925 signed and construction bond in the sum of 02,966.00 attached
thereto with Fidelity & Deposit Co. of 1.1a.ryland as sureties approved. Uontract and bond
ordered filed.
Contract with Indiana Construction Company for grade, curb and walk
on Camden Street from Iffashington Avenue to Division Street as provided in Improvement
'Resolution No. 1577 adopted September 9th., 1925 signed and construction bond in the sum
of 1�1,730.00 attached thereto with Eagle Indemnity Company as sureties, approved,

Petition filed as follows:
Grade on east Algeldt Street from Leer Street to Clyde Street. Filed
Trunk sewer on Nlwood Avenue from Meade Street to River. Filed.
Communication received from Park Superintendent Ualker requesting that
certain lights be turned off in Pottowatomie Park for season. Same approved.
Permission granted to the Indiana Bell Telephone Company to proceed
with work in accordance with sheet Nos. 1 and 2 filed under date of October 16th., 1925.
Inspector reports as follo u oh light petitions:
To place light on Nash Street at corner of Dubail Avenue. No additi
light necessary. Petition denied.
To place electric lights in alley east of Idichigan Street between
IVadison Street and I-larion Street. Light not necessary petition denied.
(contractors bond -,of Williard T. Hartman and Phillip E. Bondurant
approved.
Engineer signed assessment rolls and final estimates as follows: -
