Board met in regular session at.9:00 A.P,x. All members present. City Controller is hereby requested to release the sum of One hundred Dollars ($100.00) held up on Wm. H. Burke Contractor for water connections on Lincoln 'Alay East under date of January 28th., 1925. Engineering office instructed to survey alley where D. J. Kelly complained of cables being in =.=:ay of traffic and made report to Board. The following bonds and contract approved. Contract with S. U. Ackerman for sewer on Sunnymede Avenue from Harriett Street to 18th, Street as provided in improvement Resolution No. 1580 adopted September 16th., 1925 signed and construction bond in the sum of 02,966.00 attached thereto with Fidelity & Deposit Co. of 1.1a.ryland as sureties approved. Uontract and bond ordered filed.
