The following order approved by the Board. L. J. Lane, Chief of Police, City: Will you please remove building material from William Street between Colfax Avenue and the alley north of Colfax Avenue. Building material etc. deposited on public property at this site is an obstruction which prevents improvement of the street. By Order of Board. Minutes of meeting of October 6th., 1925 read and approved. Attest:- Jerk of the Board. I Wednesday October 14th., 1925. Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.I.i. All members present. �i Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for grade, curb 'and walks on Meade Street, Anthony Street, East 1 of Goodland Avenue, Elliott Street, Bonds Avenue, Hartzer Street, Prast Blvd. Frederickson.Street, N. 2 of Westmoor S14 Lincoln Way West, all in Lincoln Manor Addition under Improvement Resolution No. 1474. In the above matter property owners appeared and a written remonstrance Iwas filed against Uontraetor piling material on lot. After hearing all interested I t g ;parties present, hearing continued until 'aednesday October 21st., 1925 at 7:15 P.M. li Hearing had on assessment rolls and final estimates on thefollowing 1limprovements: Sheet asphalt pavement on Rose Street from Portage Avenue tg R:esslar i.Boulevard, also Kesslar Boulevard from South line of Lot 28 in Portage Heights Addition to a line between Northerly corner of Lot 30 and Northeasterly corner of lot 5 in said - Addition, -under Improvement Resolution No. 1509. Filed September 30,1925.- Water connections on Ostemo Street from Lafayette Street to Iroquois istreet, under Improvement Resolution No. 1558. Filed September 30th.,1925. i Sheet asphalt pavement on Brookfield Street from Division Street to New Jersey, Indiana & Illinois Railroad Company under Improvement Resolution No. 1510, Filed September 30th., 1925. ✓�i Concrete pavement on alley lying between Lots 11 and 12 Dunbar8s Sub. of Be 0. L. 31 and 32 from Colfax Avenue to alley south of Colfax Avenue, and the alley lying between lots 3 and E. 46.17 feet of lot 2 in said Dunbar's Sub. from Washing- ton Avenue to alley north of Washington Avenue from E. line of Lot 3 to We line of lot 12 in Dunbar's Sub. under Improvement Resolution No. 1499, Filed Sept. 30,1925. I\ Water connections on Michigan Street from a point 280 feet south of the south line of Bronson Street to north curb line of Broadway, under Improvement Resolution: o. 1477. Filed September 30,1925. Later mains on Streets in Lincoln Manor Addition, under Improvement ✓ I esolution No. 1491. Filecl September 23rd. , 1925. In the above matter property owners appeared but no written remon- Istrance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed September 30th., and 23rd., 1925 are benefited in the amounts as shown -on-said rolls, and the Board further find, that the assessment rolls filed September 23rd., and 3Oth. 1925 and the final estimates allowed September 23rd and 30th., 1925 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
