ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT** DEDICATION Whereas the following described plat with dedication of streets and alleys indicat- ed thereon, is now presented to the Board: • " The plat of Belleville Gardens, an addition to the City of South Bend, has been approved by the Board of Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 15th day of 'aril 1940, and was recorded on Record #14, Bage B, in the records of St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, on the 22nd day of April, 1940. Block lettered D in said addition has been subdivided into 35 lots, numbered 26 to 60 inclusive. The set back line on Garden Lane and Parkway, with reference to lots 26 6o 60 inclusive, shall not be less than 30 feet from the front property line to the main ;mall of dwellings erected thereon; the set back line on Sample Street with reference to lots 26 and 60 shall not be less than 10 feet from the South line of Sarr.�Dle Street to the main wall of dwellings erected thereon; the set back line on Dogwood Drive with reference to lots 41 and 42 shall not be less than 10 feet from the North line of Dogwood Drive to the main wall of dwellings erected thereon, all of which is indicated on the plat. The following easements, as indicated on the plat, are hereby dedicated for use of gas, electric Light and poorer, telephone and other public utility wires and lines; A strip of land 8 feet in width, the center line of which is the East boundary line of lots 26 to 41 inclusive 9n Block D and the West boundary of lots 42 to 60 inclusive in Block D, extending from the South line of Sample Street, to the North line of Dogwood Drive. A strip of land 8 feet in width, the center line of which is the South boundary of lots 27 and 59 in Block D and the North boundary of lots 28,+and 58 in Block D, . extending from the East line of Garden Lane to the Jest line of Parknray. The streets in said Block D, as indicated on the plat, are hereby dedicated to the public for public use.
