MEETING -- SEPTEMBER 17, 1940
A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Tuesday, September,
17, 1940 at 9:00 A. M. Two members were present, Mr. Driggs being absent. Minutes
of the last meeting were read and approved. Additional salary claims in the amount
of $102.53 were approved and ordered paid. Claims of the following suppliers in the
• amount of $1079.80 were approved and ordered paid.

STREET DEPARMIENT: Mr. Tony Zmudzinski, Street Commissioner was present and matters
pertaining to his department were discussed.
• ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: A petition was received asking that the alley East of Chapin
St.,and West of Kendall St., from Calvert St.,to Donald St., be improved by paving.
This petition was referred to the Engineering Department for investigation.
