The Board approved the plat of Belleville Gardens sub -division to the City of

The blocks in said addition are lettered A to I.J inclusive; Block lettered C has
been subdivided into 25 lots, num':>ered 1 to 25 inclusive. The set back line on S-lvan
Lane and Garden Lane, with reference to Lots l to 25 inclusive, shall be not less than
30 feet from the front property line to the main gall of dwellings erected thereon;
the set back line on Sample Street, with reference to Lots 1 and 25, shall be not less
than 10 feet from the south line of Sample Street to the main wall of dwellings erected
thereon; the set back line on Dogwood Drive; with reference to Lots 11 and 12, shall
be not less than 10 feet from the North -line of Dogwood Drive to the main wall of

It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that a street light be installed.

limits, one on Parkvievi Pl., in the middle of the block between.Qakwood Blvd.,and
Woodla= Blvd., and one on the corner of lnirty-fifth and Wall Sts.
