the Board with a request that t- e . be allowed to build ld a car greasing station at
this filling station. rfter a careful study of the clans, the Board decided to
approve scae. V
Allen C. Bogs, Engineer for the Standard Oil Co., appeared before the Board
and presented a plan for reconstruction of the filling station at the ;Northeast corner
Of Ti shawaka Ave. and T renty-Third St. The Board recorzr:ended that the driveway on
Iisha�. alLa Ave., be reduced to a t:ienty-five foot width, with ten feet between the
property line and the driveway. 1,1r. 3og7s being agreeable to this change, the Board
approved the pronosed plan.
A contract was entered into between the Board of Public ;forks and Safety and
Kuert Concrete, Inc., for the purchase, on the installment elan, of one, one yard
capacity, TIarsh-Capron Stationary concrete mixer. The purchase price of this equip-
ment is �;600.00, -payable ' 50.00 per month beginnin; f.Tay lst, 1940, and equal monthly
. installments thereafter until paid.
