Charles C2lvert was the manager. STREET DEP-ARTT E T: Mir. Zmudzinski was present and matters pertaining; to his department were discussed. A petition for two street signs on the northwest corner of Catalpa and Garst Streets was received and referred to the Street Commissioner who stated that im- Xbdiate action yaould be taken to Place signs there. � CEZ'O lERY DEPART-KE T: Mr. McNabb was present and matters pertaining to his department were discussed. Mr. ?;icNabb was authorized to purchase a Ione-man propertioner and also , ✓fertilizer spreader for use at the cemetery. STREET LIGHTING: A petition for a street limht at the intersection of South Bend Ave. and Frances Street was received and referred to 1,r. Qualls for inspection and report. A petition for a street liht at the intersection of Catalpa and Garst Streets was re- __ee,ived and referred to Mr. Qualls for ins ection and re ort. \/ C-ontractor's Fond of :,_ilton H.
