A special meeting of the Board of Public forks was held at the office of the Board
at-9:30 A.M. on Thursday, July 13, 1939. Mr. liilliams and Mr. Driggs were present. Tho
eeting was called for the purpose of considering the Plat of'Wilson Manor submitted to
the :hoard after having been approved by the City Plan Commission at its regular meeting
July 12, 1939. Upon motion duly carried, the plat of Wilson 21anor was approved.Wilson
Manor comprises and is described as follows:
DEDICATION OF PLAT
- ?WILSON MANOR SUB -DIVISION is laid out on and is a re -plat of the following describe
real estate:
Lots Numbered one (1) to eighteen (18) inclusive, twenty-two (` 22) to Fifty (50 )
inclusive and fifty-two (52) to sixty-five (65) inclusive as shown on the Re-
corded plat of Five Points Gardens, a sub -division located in the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section No. Seven (7), Township Thirty-seven
(37) North, Range two (2) East. The lots in saidSub-division are numbered from
one (1) to fifty-two (52) inclusive.
An easement is reserved over the rear four (4) feet of Lots Numbered one (1) to
fifteen (15) inclusive; lots numbered thirty-three (33), thirty-four (34), thirty-six
(36) and thirty-seven (37) for the use of public utilities.
• The set back line is indicated on the plat.
The streets and alleys in said addition as-ndicated on the plat are hereby
dedicated to the public for public use.
IN 1,47ITNESS NHI EREOF, Bronislaw Mllinuzewski and Stefania Minczewski, husband and wife,
have hereunto set their hands and seals this 8th day of July, A.D. 1939.
