All members were present. The .Board concurred. in this and ordered the Indiana Michigan Elec- tric CompaV to install same. 'l Mr. Longenecker City Sexton, submitted his report for the month of August, show- ing a collection of 4708.90, of which �610.90 was for perpetual care. ✓A petition was presented, requesting that the alley in second Addition to LaSalle Park from Kaley Street to Bendix Drive be -closed. This matter was referred to the City/ Plan Commission for their investigation. v The Clerk of the Board reported having received $24. 68 from the State highway Commission, covering replacement of lamps and repairs to controls on State Highway traffic signals for the month of July. Continuation Certificates covering Contractor's Bond in favor of Cariiel Van Den Borre of Mishawaka, Indiana, and Octave Van Den Borre and Son of Mishawaka were approv ed byi the Board.. ✓ Continuation Certificate covering Excavation Bond in favor of Gohe -n Plumbing and Heating Company was approved by the Board. ✓ The Board approved .the paving of King Street and Kuntzman Court, also the estab- lishment of a grade curb and walk, the property owners to pay for material and work to be .done by the Street Department with W. P. A. labor. �f The Board approved plans for approaches to a service station at Main and Stull Streets as shown by sketch submitted by Andrew Toth, architect. Meeting adjourned at 11:00 A. M.
