Regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Monday, July 25, at
10:00 A. M. All members were present. --
Minutes of the two previous meetings- were -read and approved. Claims frog. the
following suppliers in the amount of"$8 44.80 were approved and ordered paid. Also
payroll of the various Departments for .the last half of July _am.ounting to $7209.36.

✓ A petit -ion was 'received requesting the opening of Farnham Street, which after
consideration by the Board, was referred to the City Plan Commission.
The Board, again considering the work done by the W. P. A. trucks, find that
certain work is being done for the Street Department proper,, and upon regular motion,
seconded and carried it was decided that trucks operated by Messrs. Tramberg,.Coons,
and Smogor be allowed eight gallons of gasoline per week while operating_as ,at -the
present time. Mr. Weer was instructed to carry out these instructions:
✓A communication was received from Dr. H. A. Denbo addressed to the Mayor, com_.
plaining regarding the floor boards on the crossing of -the Grand Trunk and Twyckenham
Drive. This matter having been considered before and the Grand Trunk notifie4, Dr.
Denbo was so informed. '
