Regular meeting.of the Board of PublicVprks, was held on Monday, July 12, 1937
at 11:15 A. M. Mr. Hunter was absent.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read.and approved. •
Claims in the amount of $9,,135.87, from- ihe.following suppliers, were approved
and ordered paid, also payrolls amounting to`$4,033.30.

Mr. Weer submitted his report of the activities of the Street Department for
the month of.-,Xune,,a copy of 'which was furnished,each member of the Board and also
on file in the office of the Board of Publid Yorks,
I Continuation certificate covering excavation bond in favor of Barker &
Spromberg was approved by the Board.
Communication -was received from the Pennsylvania Railroad Company advising'
that the railroad crossings at Tutt Street, $ample Street, Calvert Street, Broadway
and Ewing Avenue had been referred to the proper department and repairs would be
made promptly.
Mr. W. S. Moore, Engineer,, submitted blue -prints of plat of Ridgedale Terrace
which was approved by the Board, after having been approved by the City Planning
Commission on Tune 3rd. Dedication of this plat, according to Mr. Moore, will be
'submitted at a later date.
The meeting adjourned at 11:45 A. M.
