Regular meeting of the
Board of Public Works was held Monday, March
8., 1937, at

1:30 P. M. All members were
present.
Minutes of the previous
meeting were
read and approved.
Claims in the amount of

of the various departments
amounting to $4,366.59
were approved and ordered paid.

reference to
the request of the Sacred Heart
Church on
West Thomas Street that an
additional light
would mean displacement of one in some
other section and, after fully
considering
the matter, the Board decided
not to
comply with the request and
instructed the
Secretary to communicate with
Reverend-
E. J. Philippe..
Mr. Weer submitted his report of the work done in the Street Department for the
month of February, which report is on file in the office of the Board of Public Works.
The meeting adjourned at 2:00 P. M. •
