MEETING October 12, 1936
Regular meeting of the Board of Public -Works was held at 11:00 A. 1. All members
were present.

Continuation certificate of plumbers bond in favor of Charles t"i. Aulm in the
Fidelity and Deposit Compeny of Maryland was approved.
Conuriunication from the Standard Oil Company, advising that the granting of a
permit to use a portion of a ten foot ,strip heretofore granted to the City from
Lots No. 51 and 52 in Berner Grove 1st Addition deeded to the City on August 3, 1925
will not in any way affect the title to the property after deeded. This communication
was approved by the Board and attached to the original deed.
