Conuriunication from the Standard Oil Company, advising that the granting of a permit to use a portion of a ten foot ,strip heretofore granted to the City from Lots No. 51 and 52 in Berner Grove 1st Addition deeded to the City on August 3, 1925 will not in any way affect the title to the property after deeded.
