All members were present. I� Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. I Claims in the amount of $565.36, from_ the following suppliers, were approved and ordered paid. .Also payroll of the various departments amounting to 5,024.61. Public Service Co. 2.86 Mr. LonE;enecker, City Sexton., presented his report of burials end cash receipts for the first six months, showing burials 57, cash receipts $2,69-5.75 and accounts receivable ,?�420.50. This report is on file in the office of the Board of Public Works. The matter of region r_endation for payment of street marke-r recently purchased was referred to l r. Vreer with suE estion- that he have the manufacturer demonstrate its operation if necessary. Public liability insurance on the Street Department fleet in the amount of $105000.00 and �20,000.00 by motion regularly made, seconded and carried was ordered placed through William. G. Elliott in the Ohio Casualty Insurance Company of Hamilton, Ohio upon their bid of '491.52. The meeting adjourned at 11:45 A. M. ATTEST: Clerk ADDENDA: The Secretary brought to the attention of the Board a claim rendered by the Ralph Sollitt Construction Company for $136.00 to cover the cost of rental of shoring ( under the Colfax Avenue bridge for four months at $40.00 per month with the privilege I of a discount of $24.00 if paid at once. This being a legitimate obligation and not being contemplated in the 1936 budget, it was regularly moved, seconded and carried that an ordinance be introduced in the amount of $136.00 to cover this expense.
