Regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held Monday, Yay 11, 1936, at
10:00 A. M. All members were present. '
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Claims in the amount of $461.20, from the following suppliers, were approved and
ordered paid, also payrolls of the various departments amounting to 4,9 52.28.

A petition was received from property owners and tenants in the vicinity of
Irvington Avenue, Eckmann Street and St. Joseph Street, requesting that the alley from St. Joseph Street to Carroll Street, between Irvington and Eckmann, be graded and
re -graveled. The matter was referred to the Street Department. -
Robertson Brothers requested that the curb in front of their store be.repaired
and that an iron plate be installed to protect it. After discussion, the -'-Secretary
was instructed to.inform them that repairs would have to be made 'by'themselves at
this time, due to there being no W.P.A. project upon which it could be applied.
Contractors bond in favor of H. C. Parrott in the Continental Casualty Company,
also contractors bond in favor.of Paul Del1eyer in the Aetna Casualty and -surety,
Company were approved by the Board and ordered placed on file.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 A. 1.
