MEETING March 16, 19'36' -�
Regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Monday, March 16, 1936,
at 1:30 P. Yli. All members were present.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Claims in the amount of $1,412. 84, from the following, suppliers:, were allowed and
ordered paid.

Xr. Weer brought up the question of purchase of a Erader for use in the Street
Department and submitted catalogs of various types. On regular motion seconded and
carried it was decided to advertise for bids for this grader - 1,,-'r. Weer to prepare
the specifications and the Secretary to cause same to be advertised and to specify
that..paymentfor same is to be made sixty days after delivery of equipment.
Insurance policy covering Hose House No. 11 in the amount of $15,000.00::ror-fire.'
in the North Western National Insurance Company was approved for the period covering
March 12, 1936 to 171arch 12, 1939 at noon.
