MEETING February 10, 1936
Regular meeting of' the Board of Public Forks was held on Ironday, February 10, 1936
at 11:00 A.I. All members were present.
11inutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Claims in the amount of 2,087.79, from the following suppliers, were approved
and ordered paid. Payrolls for the first half of February for the various departments
in the amount of $3,994.26 were approved.

1"r. Longenecker, City Sexton, was present and discussed matters regarding the
operation of the Cemetery with the Board.
In the matter of Vacation Resolution No. 2483 the parties interested being unable
to pay the benefits and having so made it known to the Board, it was upon regular
motion seconded and carried decided to rescind this Resolution, same being for the
vacation of alley north of Randolph Street from Marine Street to the first alley west
of Marine Street.
In the matter of new City Direetorys for 1936, the Board authorized the purchase
of one Directory for the Building' Department and one for the Police Department, other
departments will continue the use of the 1935 Directory for one additional year.
The meeting adjourned at 11: 50 A. Y.
