Regular meeting of the Board of Public 'Works was held on Monday, January 27, 1936
at'11:50 A. Y1. All members were present.
Minutes of previous meeting were read and approved.
Claims in the amount of 0180.45, from the following suppliers, were approved and
ordered paid, also payrolls of the various departments in the amount of 4,075.79.

Matters pertaining to the Street Department were discussed with Mr. Weer.
A. communication was received from the Street Department concerning Mrs. White of
525 Sunnyside Avenue, stating that a fence about the property across the alley from
the rear of her tat is beyond the property line. Mr. Payne, of the Street Department,
upon surveying the alley advises that the fence is 2 ft. out into the alley. -The
owner of the property being Eddie Shueler, 606 South IOth Street, Newark, New Jersey,
the Secretary was instructed to notify 1.1r. Shueler to have the fence removed.
Continuation certificate in favor of Thomas E. Brinker covering Excavation Bond
for one thousand dollars for one year was approved by the Board.
The meeting adjourned at 12:30 P. Y.
