An Executive Session of the South Bend Common Council will be held at

Room, 4 Floor, County-City Building, South Bend, Indiana.
The Executive Session is being called pursuant to lndrana Code ~5-14-1.5-
6.1(b)(2)(B) far the purpose of discussing litigation pending ar has been
threatened in writing.
