SPECIAL MEETING JUNE 281-11935
A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was held at 3:00 A. M. on Friday;
June 28, 1935. All members were present.
The meeting was called for the purpose `of considering Tender to the Northern
1 Indiana Railway Company of the amount of their damages occasioned by the removal of
the Bottleneck.under Condemnation Resolution #248lr It was regularly moved, seconded
and carried to withhold payment of these damages pending a conference between the
City Attorney and the representative of the Northern Indiana Railway Company relative
to action to be taken in the matter of appeal to the Public Service Commission for
the vacation of' the franchise.
Meeting adjourned at 3t10 P. M. •
