The Board approved and instructed Mr. Weaver to secure a permit from the Building Department. The Board approved continuation certificate on the, excavation bond of George McNabb in' the". New -`York.- Casualty Co. The `Secretary informed the Bard that Fire insurance` on. the Fire. Alarm Station expires on, April 5 1935 in the amount of $57,600. Your petitioner farther shows that the assessments as hereinafter set forth have divided said real estate into two parcels, four assessments of which cover entire Parcel A, and a small portion of Parcel B, and that five assessments cover all of Parcel. C and all of Lot B, excepting a small portion which is covered by Parcel A. Your petitioner in order to be of assistance to your Honorable Board of Works in the -respread,and reassessment of said unpaid and delinquent improvement assessments, suggests that the assessments as set forth in Exhibits B, C, D and E, which assess- ments cover all Cr Parcel A and a small porti cm of Parcel B, be changed to corer the descripticar_ of Parcel A, and that the assessments delinquent, unpaid and undue as set forth in Exhibits F. C, H, I and J, which assessments cover all of Parcel C as set forth in said blue print and said description hereinbefore set out, and all of Parcel B, excepting a small par ti on, be divided sixty (60) percent on Parcel B as hereinbefore described, and forty (40) percent thereof on Parcel C as herein - before described. Your pe titi oner furthe r states t mat . it has now an opportunity to sell Parcel C and Parcel A. and that in the sale it is contemplated to pay the assessments in full, which would leave only the assessments on Parcel B not fully paid; that it is impo- ssible to sell said real estate without having.said assessments respread and re- assessed according to the descriptions as hereinbefore set out in the survey and blue print hereto attached. WHEREFORE, your petiticner requests your Honorable Board to reassess the unpaid amounts of the improvement assessments as set forth in the exhibits as hereto atta- ched and respread them as suggested herein or else as determined by your Board, so that -each parcel shall bear its equitable and fair portion of the unpaid assessments and all interest thereon and all penalties and costs.
