EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 2-2012
Increase in the Number of
Members Appointed to
the South Bend Board of Public Works
Notice is hereby given that on the 21 s't'day of May, 2012, the Mayor of the City of
South Bend, Indiana, executed Executive Order No. 2-2012 which provides:
1. The number of members of the South Bend Board of Public Works shall be
increased from Three (3) members to Five (5) members appointed by the Mayor
of the City of South Bend, in accordance with Indiana Code 36-4-9-6 (c).
2. The Clerk of the City of South Bend shall cause a notice of this Executive Order,
and the action taken herein, to be published under Indiana Code 5-3-1 and in
accordance with Indiana Code 36-4-9-6 (e).
3. This Executive Order shall become effective immediately upon execution.
This Notice is published under Indiana Code 5-3-1 and in accordance with Indiana Code
36-4-9-6 (e).
