A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:08 a.m. on Tuesday,
January 30, 2018, by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik, with Board Members James Mueller and
Therese Dorau present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Suzanna Fritzberg were
absent. The meeting was held in the 13'h Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W.
Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana.
APPROVE CLAIMS
Ms. Dorau stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully
supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and
the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Dorau stated
the following claims were submitted to the board for approval:

Therefore, Ms. Dorau made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be approved
as submitted Mr. Mueller seconded the motion, which carried.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Board, Ms. Maradik made a motion that the
meeting be adjourned at 9:09 a.m. Ms. Dorau seconded the motion, which carried.
