Yax Spiegel appeared before the Board with a. reouest that he be desig-
nated. ns a junk dealer, to whom the city junk may be sold.. On motion
of D_r. Hunter, seconded by "r.Woodward- the matter was referred to the
chairman of th.e BP-erd for futther.investigation, to report at the next
meetine..
Frank Chidester appearer before the hoard and stated. that he
end others had petitioned. a. year or more ago for a street light at
Hu' ey and Y'ra_st Sts, and asked that it be considered at this time, a:s
there is e-reat need of light at this corner at this time.. The i-titter
was referred. to 1�_�r. Qj= iplls, city EnF.ineer.

presented a list of needs in her dep^st-ment.
The matter of the danr;erous condition of the staple back of 1,ose Taouse
13 was referred to the City Engineer for disposition.
• It r;'as moved, seconded end carried that the gasoline and oil required
by the -Street Department be purchased from James Luther of the Cities
Service Co.
