The Board approved claims in the sum of p433.33 for salaries to be paid out of Track -Zlevation Fund and the Board hereby orders City Controller to pasage ouf the Track Elevation fund. Upon the recommendation of City En[ineer, IN. S. y�oore, the Board approved a deed from Charles A. and Uay 1. Jordan for a part of Lot Diumber -ive (5) in 1ayr's Laporte Avenue Addition to the City of South Bend, for the purpoase of improving the street intersection. Board_ ordered scid deed recorded. The follainp petition of the Indiana and �`ichigan Electric Company was pleced before the Board, together with Yr.
