Schock, attorney for Steve Sypachalski, appe,-red before the Board -ith a written arreement for the settlement of a claim a€-ainst the city of South Bendd, for personal dameres received by said Spycha lski wh ile employed by the Street Department. Said agreement asked for dema6es in the sum of a990.00 together with the garment of doctor bill in the sum of 111.33. After duscussion of said matter, the Board decides to take the matter up with the Cabinet and with the City Attorney.
